Este blog cuenta con el apoyo y supervision de mis padres quienes me han apoyado siempre sin importar cuantas veces caiga. Lo que pretendo con este blog es apoyar a padres e hijos en el proceso de evitar la gordura y mantenerse cuando se llegue a la meta.
